Trackless Diesel Mechanic - Mining Industry - Burgersfort
Hire Resolve's client is currently seeking a skilled Trackless Diesel Mechanic. In this role, you will be responsible for maintaining and repairing trackless diesel-powered equipment used in mining operations. Responsibilities: Perform regular maintenance tasks on trackless diesel-powered equipment Diagnose and repair mechanical issues promptly Replace faulty parts as needed Conduct preventative maintenance to minimize downtime and maximize equipment reliability Collaborate with other mechanics and technicians to ensure efficient workflow and timely repairs Adhere to all safety protocols and regulations while performing maintenance and repairs Requirements Grade 12 or equivalent qualification Trade certificate as a Diesel Mechanic or similar Minimum of 5 years of experience as a Diesel Mechanic, in the mining industry Experience working with trackless diesel-powered equipment Proficient in diagnosing and repairing mechanical issues Ability to work effectively in a team environment Excellent problem-solving and decision-making skills Strong attention to detail and ability to prioritize tasks Valid driver's license Benefits Salary: Market Related Contact Hire Resolve for your next career-changing move Our client is offering a highly competitive salary for this role based on experience.
