One of our clients in the FMCG Liquor Industry is in search for a Trade Marketing Coordinator, based in Edenvale, Johannesburg, forwhich the purpose of the positions can be summarized as the below: The Trade Marketing Coordinator role is to assist in the local development of Clients brands and overseeing all aspects of the organisation's marketing activities. Duties and responsibilities (not limited to the below) Communicate a visibility plan and Perfect store guidelines to salesforce. Calculate requirements based on client's prerequisite for outdoor boards, snapper frames and posters, and place orders timeously. Ensure visibility items are requested and communicate expected delivery dates. Track implementation of POS items (boards & snapper frames) and communicate warehouse report with salesforce. Align with Clients brand activity calendar and sign-off on salesforce promo briefs and system module requests prior to campaign start dates. Share delivery instruction (DI) with channel manager on all upcoming campaigns based on reach. Track and report on implementation in weekly meetings / report back sessions with Client. Collaborate with Systems on design of new modules and reporting requirements for all campaigns. Finalize/format Client month-end packs and other ad-hoc reports, providing insights and addressing inconsistencies in data prior to submitting reports. Maintain company's organizational charts and oversee maintenance of the same on e-learning platform. Collaborate with Capabilities to present new online learning material, finalize content and online assessments, Where required attend weekly meetings representing the Company on Trade Marketing issues Offer support to E-Commerce in the expanding of their digital platform. Release monthly newsletter with distribution to salesforce. Ensure that TM is aligned to GM and Director priorities for each Quarter. Design ad hoc bespoke POS as required by the GM (i.e. posters, table talkers, price wobblers, etc.) Knowledge, skills and abilities Proficiency in the following: MS software, Photoshop, Advanced Excel Clear communication of ideas and directives Attention to detail. Creativity and attention to detail Strong project management abilities to effectively oversee and manage campaigns. Sound interpersonal skills, overseeing personnel and collaborating with colleagues.
