Trade Marketing Manager role is a great opportunity to join us and work in a “people first” environment and to represent some of the worldwide famous brands from vendors such as P&G, Mondelez, JDE, Redbull etc. We are looking for a Trade Marketing Manager To implement all brand trade marketing activities per channel/customer in line with the brand marketing strategy. To act as a point of contact between the Vendor and Diplomat. Drive and implement the brand trade marketing strategy and plan. Ensure achievement of brand volume, market share and sales targets (DPSM/SBD). Develop actions plans, conceptual selling ideas and promotions per custom-er/channel. Support the demand planning team to develop brand forecasts/targets. Conduct analysis of the sales SAP data per customer, per SKU and per brand and share insights with the team leader. Support Key Account Managers in promoting and presenting key brand initia-tives to trade. Provide relevant training as deemed appropriate. Build and maintain relationship with the vendor category/brand teams. Act as a source of contact between the vendor and the sales team to ensure achievement of sales and budget objectives. Conduct competitor and market analysis to gain market insights. Support the sales team in resolving customer issues as and when required. Provide brand expertise and other related training to the sales and shared services team. Ensure compliance with corporate identity guidelines of the vendor. Support the IT and finance team in loading products and prices on We offer a competitive remuneration package and benefitsas well as a flexible work environment. Relevant 3-year Degree or Diploma in Marketing or Commerce. 5-7 years relevant commercial experience preferably in FMCG industry, including 2-3 years of experience in sales. A clear understanding and working knowledge of the Channel of the FMCG environment including Trade Marketing environment in which the above will have to be implemented and executed. Advanced knowledge of MS Office, including relevant Sales systems. Advanced communication skills. Strong relationship building skills. Proficient knowledge of relevant products. Advanced analytical and negotiation skills. Proficient business writing and presentation skills. Own reliable transport with a valid driver's license.
