Trade Merchandiser (Retail) - Pretoria - Pretoria
My client, is a leading company in Tobacco alternative products and currently one of the largest in SA. They are listed with various retail outlets throughout South Africa, servicing over 3000 stores.
Requirements:
Matric as a minimum,
Two to five years of merchandising experience in the FMCG industry.
Valid Drivers license and own reliable car
Must be Criminal Clear
Job Responsibilities:
Maintaining relationships with key family store such as PnP
Follow a call cycle structure, sticking to routes with clear communication between sales rep and merchandiser.
Represent our companys products, starting with a deep and comprehensive understanding and following with consumer research to identify how best to target consumers.
Correct implementation of product stands, store point of sale, labelling, pricing.
Influencing the order and making sure the store always has stock.
Assisting with deliveries as and when required.
Calling on PnPs after deliveries has taken place and merchandising products.
Ensure correct forward share, shelf positioning and product flow on shelf. Managing inventory correctly.
Adhering to any administrative tasks designated.
PnP will be the focus but you will be assisting with other stores such as Spar and Forecourts.
