Responsible for helping existing clients in calculating exposure, trade size, margin, profit & loss on their trades Training and supporting existing clients on Trading Platforms etc. Responsible for handling different campaigns queries; in different category levels, one-time USD dollar deposits Maintaining loyal clientele base by making sure upgrades are actioned via deposits on margin call. Advise investors on further cash deposit as securities to cover possible losses. Ensure payments are successfully processed and regulations followed and understood. Processing of deposits and withdrawals Acquiring statements for account verification, investigating failed deposits/ withdrawals. Responsible for helping existing clients in calculating exposure, trade size, margin, profit & loss on their trades. 2 years' experience within a brokerage call Centre Environment Matric Qualification Good Command of English. Excellent Telephone Etiquette Excellent Interpersonal skills. Driven and strong Character Market related
