As a Traffic Manager, you will play a crucial role in managing the workflow of our clients digital marketing projects across multiple teams and departments. You will ensure that all marketing materials are produced efficiently, on time, and within budget, optimizing their resources and coordinating effectively with all stakeholders.

Responsibilities:

Develop and maintain detailed project schedules, including all administrative tasks and sites involved in the project.
Coordinate resources and manage backlogs to ensure timely delivery of projects.
Work closely with creative, digital, and marketing teams to prioritize tasks and allocate the appropriate resources.
Track project progress and provide regular status reports to stakeholders.
Address and resolve any issues or bottlenecks in the project workflow.
Implement and manage workflow systems and processes to enhance efficiencies.
Manage communication between project members, ensuring all parties receive timely and accurate updates.
Oversee quality control of all projects before they are delivered to the client.
