Repairing of trailers – Body work/ spray painting; Repairing of trailers – Mechanical, slack adjusters, brakes, kingpins, bearings; Prepare trailers for COF; Servicing of trailers; Housekeeping of trailer yard; Stock control of trailer parts; Any other reasonable work as and when requested to do so by your manager; To liaise with the cartage manager on status of the trailer fleet; Act on any reasonable instruction given to you by management. Education: Matric/ Grade 12 Experience: A valid driver's licence Minimum of 2 years' experience in a similar position Trailer mechanic experience Some supervisory experience with be advantageous
