Candidate Requirements:

Must have FGASA Level 2 as a minimum (NQF4)
At least 3-4 years of experience as a trails guide in a luxury lodge is advantageous
FGASA Lead Trails is preferred, candidates with back-up trails will be considered
Must have valid and up to date PDP, ARH, First Aid and NDT (North-West)
An understanding of vehicle & lodge maintenance is an advantage
Must be well presented, confident and well-spoken
Must be passionate about conservation and guest experience
Should be an excellent team player with a great work ethic
Must reference incredibly well
