Provide guidance on critical care technologies, assess patients at the bedside, and manage satellite laboratories for diagnostics.
Foster positive relationships with stakeholders, ensure a compassionate environment for patients and families, and drive a positive patient experience.
Lead by example, resolve conflicts, support skills development, and ensure knowledge transfer among peers.
