About the Role: As a Trainer, you will be responsible for developing and delivering engaging training programs for new and existing Call Center Representatives in both French and English. You will design high-quality training materials, conduct needs assessments, facilitate interactive training sessions, and evaluate trainee performance. Your role involves staying updated on industry best practices and collaborating with call center management to ensure the training aligns with overall business objectives. Responsibilities: Develop and deliver engaging training programs for new and existing Call Center Representatives, focusing on both French and English communication; Design and create high-quality training materials, including presentations, manuals, and online modules; Conduct needs assessments to identify skill gaps and ensure training programs are tailored to address specific requirements; Facilitate interactive training sessions, incorporating a variety of methods such as lectures, discussions, role-playing exercises, and simulations; Evaluate trainee performance through assessments and provide constructive feedback to promote continuous improvement; Stay up-to-date on industry best practices and company policies to ensure training programs are current and effective; Collaborate with call center management and other departments to ensure training programs align with overall business objectives. Requirements: Bilingual fluency in French and English (written and spoken); One to two years of experience working in a call center environment; Proven experience in developing and delivering training programs; Excellent communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills; Ability to create a positive and engaging learning environment; Strong analytical and problem-solving skills; Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and learning management systems (a plus).
