Job Description: The Trainer: Food will be responsible for conducting training sessions for our employees on food safety, kitchen hygiene, cooking techniques, and other relevant topics. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in the food industry and be passionate about sharing their knowledge with others. Responsibilities: 1. Develop training materials and lesson plans for food-related topics 2. Conduct training sessions for employees at all levels, from entry-level kitchen staff to experienced chefs 3. Evaluate the effectiveness of training programs and make adjustments as needed 4. Stay up-to-date on industry trends and best practices in food safety and preparation 5. Collaborate with other departments to ensure compliance with food safety regulations 6. Provide support and guidance to employees as they implement new skills and knowledge in the workplace Qualifications: 1. Qualification in culinary arts, food science, nutrition, or a related field 2. Proven experience working in the food industry, preferably in a restaurant or kitchen environment 3. Strong communication and presentation skills 4. Ability to work independently and as part of a team 5. Certification in food safety and handling is preferred 6. Previous experience as a trainer or educator is a plus 7.
