Unique Personnel boasts over 50 years (established in 1970) of personnel and staffing experience, so it's not surprising that even though our main focus has been providing on South African Staffing Solutions, we now recruit internationally for over 5000 clients Reporting to: Directors Purpose of Position: The position is fundamental for the team's development and support. Responsible for delivering an engaging and stimulating curriculum in a range of related subjects effecting the business outputs. They must also be able to effectively manage training rooms, motivate employees, provide feedback, and monitor progress. Responsibilities defined but not limited to the below: Deliver mentoring and training to employees on all aspects of the business and or co-ordinate appropriate vendors, experts in the field to provide this training. Assess and evaluate employees' progress. Obtain feedback on the effectiveness of the training. Forge relationships with educational institutions. Formalise and monitor annual training budget. SDL training submissions. Minimum Requirements: Qualification and Experience: Bachelor of Education (B. Ed) or a Postgraduate Certificate in Education (PGCE)NQF Level 6, Diploma (including a college or NATED diploma); OR. an appropriate 360-credit NQF Level 7, bachelor's degree. Ability to plan, prepare and deliver interactive and engaging lessons. Excellent organisational and communication skills Preferable 4 - 5 years' teaching / lecturing experience - technical background Driver's License. English and Afrikaans spoken fluently and written. Microsoft Office
