Our client has an exciting and challenging role for a Training Administrative Assistant and will be expanding their Training Division. Open position : Training Administrative Assistant with Advanced Excel Location : Port Elizabeth Salary : Market related Type : Permanent position Job requirements : Degree completed with excellent pass marks Minimum 5 years of experience within a similar Training role High proficiency of English speaking and writing skills ADVANCED EXCEL SKILLS IS ESSENTIAL AND SHORTLISTED CANDIDATES WILL BE TESTED Confident and interactive facilitation skills Excellent interpersonal skills, able to build key stakeholder relationships Organised and systematic approach with high attention to detail Deadline driven and able to work in a fast-paced environment Duties : Prompt and professional correspondence and communication Assist with assessments and research for training material Assist to organise and facilitate training sessions Assist to manage an online learning platform Assist with the induction process for new employees Maintain accurate employee training records Data compilation and analysis for reporting to management Contribute to our customer-centric corporate culture Should you meet the above job requirements, please email your CV to moniquezwanda.co.za Please add “Training Administrative Assistant” to the subject line of your email.
