We are looking for a positive, motivated and enthusiastic team member to join us as a Course Advisor managing leads for our online and on-campus courses. You will be an integral part of our marketing team. Providing accurate enrolment advice to prospective students nationally and internationally; Taking charge of inbound and outbound phone and web-based enquiries from potential students and maintaining adequate records of contacts made in the Customer Relationship Management system; Following up phone and email enquiries to convert them into student registrations; Actively and efficiently answering incoming Live Chat enquiries; Creating relationships with potential students leading through to class enrolments and commencements; Working on various telemarketing campaigns calling prospective students, as required; Clearly explaining programs and eligibility requirements to potential students; Responding to questions within live webinars that are run as part of the marketing strategy; Adhoc admin tasks that may arise. Experience in a similar sales/customer service role; Vocational or Higher Education background. Positive attitude and strong desire to provide outstanding customer service; Aptitude for being on the 'front line' of customer service with a strong customer focus; Clear, confident speaking voice; Good written communication skills; A strong desire to help potential students with accurate information and advice; Confident user of email software, live chat, Microsoft Office programs and Customer Relationship Management software; A strong desire to exceed your KPIs; Able to carry out fast and accurate data entry.
