Required to assess staff needs, assist with the design of training materials, coordinate the delivery of training programs and monitor the results. Source and facilitate facilitators, assessors and moderators. In the execution of their duties, the Training Coordinator is expected to co-ordinate, plan and ensure the roll-out and delivery of courses to the clients in-line with the agreed proposal cost and time parameters. The Training Coordinator will ensure clear lines of communication with the clients management, staff, health and safety team and management. The Training Coordinator will look to expand the Scope Of Work by identifying areas of mutually rewarding interventions with each customer. Management Systems: Working within a formalised quality management system, including procedures, document templates and reporting non conformances Administration: Initiating and maintaining project files Planning and scheduling Utilizing Office Equipment Co-ordinating and preparing documentation for invoicing Deployment: Understanding of training modules Good coordinating skills Health requirements : The incumbent is expected to be able to work in a variety of operational environments with exposure to: Computer work Grade 12 Training / H&S / SETA / QCTO 5 years experience in a similar position Knowledge Health and Safety Training Courses that are provided by the company Familiar with various training materials Must be able to travel nationally Code 8 Drivers License Reliable Vehicle Well presented Observant / Questioning nature Well spoken Disciplined Good reporting skills Apply Now
