Training Co-Ordinator / Skills Development Facilitator - South Africa
What You'll Need:
Education & Certification: Bachelor's Degree in Human Resources Development and a Certificate in Skills Development Facilitator (SDF) Qualification are essential.
Industry Knowledge: Familiarity with SETA and OFO Codes, with prior experience in AgriSETA and/or FoodBev being advantageous.
Experience: Minimum of 5 years in a Training Coordinator or SDF role, with a strong understanding of Skills Development Acts (SDA, SLA, B-BBEE, EEA).
Skills: Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities, coupled with proficiency in planning, organizing, and executing training programs.
Technical Proficiency: Computer literacy in Microsoft Office suite (Word, Excel, Outlook, PowerPoint) and familiarity with SAGE 300 Training Module.
