Minimum requirements:
Recognised Human Resources/Learning and Development qualification
3 5 years relevant experience in a similar position
Proficient in Microsoft packages
Written Communication: read, interpret and write routine reports, agreements and correspondence
Design and develop curriculum, training materials and assessments
Develop and Plan annual individual company training plans
Coordinate the consultative EE and Training Committees
Compile and submit annual EE Report
Prepare and assist with the Annual BBBEE Audit
Source, coordinate and/or create effective and relevant training interventions to assist staff in meeting their development goals
Create and develop or update existing training materials and courses
Manage Assessments and Moderations for accredited programmes
Assist with Tender processes and special projects as they arise
Quality management controls for learning and development as well as product offering
