Training & Development Job Description: To develop and maintain a professional, dedicated training solution. To provide total coverage of all appropriate training needs to Rage Employees which includes Retail and Head Office portfolios.

Key responsibilities: To provide high quality training to all Rage employees. To conduct training in Retail and Head Office as the needs arises To assist in the acquisition and maintenance of skills within the department and organisation. To maintain effective communication with Employees and to establish training needs To evaluate the effectiveness of training and modify materials as appropriate. To develop and maintain training material to the highest standards for internal and external courses. To ensure that training materials are appropriate to the Companys requirements. To design training materials that reflects company developments. Updating and maintaining company policy and procedures. Weekly, monthly and annual training reporting, which also includes W&R Seta submission Management systems: Excellent written and verbal communication skills. Ability to manage and prioritize internal/external demands Excellent organizational skills with the ability to multi- task and prioritize Outstanding interpersonal skills (face to face and telephonically) Accuracy and attention to detail Able to be diplomatic and discreet at all times Apply Now
