The largest private loan company in SA with more than 250 stores nation wide, needs to employ a Training Facilitator to work in Durban. The candidate should live in KZN. This is a function for a confident person who is passionate about training in the financial sector. The purpose of the job is to ensure all branch staff and line managers are trained to perform their jobs efficiently and effectively according to company standards. The successful candidate will be based in KwazuluNatal and is an excellent presenter and speaker understands clearly that training not only teaches a skill but also develops the personality imparts knowledge gives confidence and turns the students into well rounded performers helps them achieve their objectives and improve their earnings from this the company is able to develop its succession plans the trainer becomes a coach and developer and is in the forefront of management development. the trainer too then is identified for promotion and for whom the sky is the limit. Proactively create and implement training plans for branches and departments Arrange travel & accommodation for delegates and self Ensure all training is implemented according to the training plan Monitor and drive e-learning to ensure completion within the required timeframe Conduct theoretical and practical assessments on all new employees within their 3 months probation period Provide on the job coaching, training and mentorship of staff in line with gaps identifued in needs analysis Consistently liaise with the operations team to establish training needs and performance gaps Ensure all training administration is up to date and provide relevant reports, statistics and content on a regular basis Promote team work and cooperation within the group Assist fellow facilitators with assessing individuals trained and to ensure unbiased feedback Ensure consistent follow-ups with relevant stakeholders regarding all topics Identify top candidates and notify Line Authorities of their achievements Grade 12 Matri c Diploma in Training / ETDP (Education, Training & Development Practitioner) Skills Develoment Facilitator Certificate ODETDP Diploma (Facilitator/Assessor/Moderator) is essential Min 3 years training experience in a professional training position Delivering soft skills related to the financial sector Minimum of 2 years E learning development will be an advantage Own vehicle Basic knowledge of facilitation Basic knowledge of the NCA (National Credit Act) The package is commensurate with experience Own car is necessary Additional benefits includes: the company covers insurance petrol tyres services All accomodation
