The Star Factory has an exciting opportunity available for a Training Facilitator (Ibranch) to be based in Umhlanga, Durban. The successful incumbent will ensure that all new team members are inducted accordingly and timeously. To conduct training according to a schedule designed in accordance with the needs of the business. Minimum requirements: A minimum of 1-year experience in training. Good product knowledge. Competent in MS Office products. Advantageous: Valid drivers licence. Train the trainer course or relevant qualifications. Responsibilities : Responsible for the delivery of the mobile training curriculum and measuring the effectiveness of training courses to ensure optimal learning. Developing individual coaching plans Providing resources and assistance to the promotional team via e-mail and other support channels. Scheduling orientation drive-along with regional teams. Determines training needs by traveling with promoters; observing on the job promotions; studying registration and activation results reports. Create high quality deliverables, measure and present results. Assess training results and provide feedback. Working with the Star Factory system specialists, develop, monitor and report on the mobile e-learning platform and the various online mobile training initiatives. Develop and display Contact Centre practices and procedures to include product, soft skills, sales and systems training (KZN). To carry out a quarterly business review of all induction programmes in line with current business initiatives / priorities, recommending changes to the programme to support ongoing business needs. To routinely analyse and evaluate delivery of all mobile training to identify development needs, presenting feedback to all relevant key stakeholders. To manage the design and delivery of detailed system and technical training to new and existing staff. Introduce and promote training interventions in an interactive manner, utilizing a variety of instructional techniques or formats, such as role playing, simulations, team exercises, group discussions, videos, or lectures. Customise training to incorporate business requirements. Obtain, organize and distribute the relevant training manuals, guides and course materials. (e.g. Handouts) as part of training programmes. Training related administration and reports (daily, weekly, monthly). Daily report containing training feedback sent to manager within specified timeframe. Maintains training registers and conduct relevant training administrative and record keeping functions. Ensure that all training registers are captured on HIS. Maintain a positive and professional training and learning environment. Demonstrate strong communication skills, both verbal and written. Able to influence and relate to different cultures and team members from different backgrounds and able to adapt training accordingly. Willingness to travel as/when required. Ad hoc training related administration and reports (daily, weekly, monthly). Skills and competencies: Good communication and interpersonal skills. Excellent customer service skills. Strong attention to detail. Portray and maintain professionalism at all times, whilst showing initiative and being pro-active. Excellent problem solving and time management skills.
