Transformation Manager your purpose As a team player you need to have the ability to work under pressure and the ability to work both independently as well as in a team environment makes you a strong contender for this challenging role. It is also important that this person is a change agent with emotional maturity, diversity sensitivity and an 'outward' attitude engaging stakeholders on the organization's vision and strategy. your key responsibilities Accountable for enabling and managing transformation including employment equity through the coordination and alignment of initiatives aimed at achieving transformation beyond legislative compliance. Conducts research and consults with all relevant stakeholders to align the employment equity initiatives. Creates awareness through multiple channels. The project manages or facilitates the implementation of the initiative according to the action plan. what are the requirements? A Business Degree is required. Advanced degree/Masters level education is highly desirable. B-BBEE Management Development Program (MDP) or certification/professional registration aligned with the Economic Empowerment Professional (EEP) designation (Advantageous) 10 years relevant progressive experience in a Transformation role. Experience working on legislative and regulatory processes. A proven track record of successful advocacy on BBBEE. Full understanding of the BBBEE and related Acts. Deadline driven and able to work under pressure. A change agent with management and negotiation skills. Strong interpersonal skills. The ability to present to small and large groups and deal with unexpected questions and challenges. Self-motivated, proactive and works independently.
