Join Our Team as a Renal Transplant Coordinator Are you a compassionate and experienced ICU nurse with a passion for coordinating renal transplants? Our private hospital in Durban is seeking a qualified Renal Transplant Coordinator to join our team. Key Responsibilities: - Coordinate all aspects of renal transplant procedures - Manage and coordinate both live and cadaver donors - Provide education and support to patients and their families - Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams to ensure optimal patient care - Ensure compliance with relevant legislation and regulations Qualifications and Requirements: - Qualified ICU Registered Nurse with valid registration at SANC - Transplant experience and coordination is preferred and will be advantageous - Must be able to manage both live and cadaver donors - At least 5 years' experience in a similar environment - Effective counseling skills including appropriate knowledge of HIV R350K – R550K per annum Cost to Company including Benefits, Bonuses & Allowances
