Prior transport experience is not a prerequisite but willingness to work extended hours and over weekends is essential uD83DuDE0A Brief outline of duties: UPDATING OF INHOUSE SYSTEMS Allocating vehicles to load bookings. Tracking. POD's & D-NOTES Administer and compile border documentation / pre-alerts. Administer POD's to be sent for invoicing, checking that all POD's are complete and accurate before submission. OPERATIONS CONTROLLING Liaise with Drivers regarding their previous trip. Discussions on performance and checking receipts and payments in trip. Liaise with agents & runners at Borders. Ensuring convoys are built and maintained. GENERAL ADMIN & REPORTING SUPPORT THE OPERATIONS TEAM Matric Min 3 years working experience Willingness to work overtime and weekends R10 000
