What You'll Do:
- Lead the treasury function, managing cash flow, liquidity, and risk to optimize financial performance.
- Develop and implement treasury policies, procedures, and controls to ensure compliance and mitigate risk.
- Manage banking relationships and negotiate financing arrangements to support business objectives.
- Oversee daily cash management activities, including cash forecasting, payments, and reconciliations.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to streamline operational processes and drive efficiency.
- Provide strategic insights and recommendations to senior management on treasury and operational matters.
- A qualified Chartered Accountant (CA(SA)) with a strong background in finance and treasury management.
- 5+ years of experience in a similar field
- Proven leadership skills with the ability to motivate and inspire teams to achieve results.
- Excellent analytical and problem-solving abilities, with a keen attention to detail.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build relationships at all levels.
- Experience in financial modeling, cash flow forecasting, and risk management.
- Knowledge of treasury systems and banking platforms preferred.
