Develop and implement treasury policies, procedures, and controls to ensure compliance and mitigate risk. Manage banking relationships and negotiate financing arrangements to support business objectives. Oversee daily cash management activities, including cash forecasting, payments, and reconciliations. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to streamline operational processes and drive efficiency. Provide strategic insights and recommendations to senior management on treasury and operational matters. What We're Looking For: A qualified Chartered Accountant (CA(SA)) with a strong background in finance and treasury management. 5 years of experience in a similar field Proven leadership skills with the ability to motivate and inspire teams to achieve results. Excellent analytical and problem-solving abilities, with a keen attention to detail. Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build relationships at all levels.
