Trolley Fleet Administrator - Durban

Trolley Fleet Administrator Job Description Work with Group Trolley Management team on facilitating administration for effective management of trolley fleet for our clients, on a national scale

Key Accountabilities

Ensure Trolley counts are accurate and trolleys fleet is being maintained according to SLA.

Interact with Trolley Teams (Employees/ Area Managers and/or Store Managers or Administrators) on a day-to-day basis to ensure the accuracy of data being received and/or filtered.

Generate routine reports of trolley losses and broken trolleys.

Send out reports to relevant stakeholders in order for trolleys to be recovered and repaired.

Partner closely with Trolley porting teams on site to ensure required information is received and filtered accordingly for effective management of trolley fleets.

Partner with Operations Department/Team to ensure effective management of trolley fleet on sites.

Conduct training sessions for staff to improve on knowledge base regarding Trolley Management and Hygiene.

Apply a continuous improvement philosophy to processes, to enhance administration, and increase efficiencies.

Organize and maintain Trolley files, documents, and other administrative duties as needed.

Assist in executing department projects as assigned.

Site inspection of trolleys as per the provided sheets.

Disciplinary management for non-compliance within the trolley fleet management scope.

Process and facilitate costs for trolley losses.

Facilitate and conduct trolley repairs on site as and when required.

Participate in trolley recovery with the team.

Management of scorecards for trolley management.


Requirements:

Relevant qualification preferably in Operations/Fleet Management.

1+ years of Operations experience required (Experience with Trolley Management is a plus).

Strong administration skills and can work under pressure.

Superior interpersonal skills and professional demeanor.

Comfortable handling sensitive and confidential information.

Strong attention to detail, organizational, and problem-solving skills.

Ability to multi-task and shift direction easily.

Excellent verbal and written communication skills.

Ability to juggle tasks and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment.

Resourceful self-starter who can work independently while understanding the importance of teamwork.

Strong proficiency with Microsoft Office Applications especially Excel.

Physically fit as job requires site visits which entails collection of trolleys on site.

Able to frequently travel on a national scale.
