Responsible for setting up at least four annual meetings, following the company Board meetings. Attend all Company Group Board meetings. Sets up and manages administration for monthly meetings. Provides feedback from Company Board, AGM, Company Group Board. Ensures timely and accurate submission of Group Board and the administration associated with Beneficiaries. Assists in good governance of company accounts, budgets, expenditure, audits, beneficiary applications, resignations, administration, and compilation of Annual Financial Statements. Compiles an annual budget for the direct costs of the Administrator cost code, oversee the expenditure thereof as appropriate and report quarterly to the Company. Where appropriate, identify inefficiencies within the delivery supply chain and facilitate practical and cost-effective solutions Diploma / B-Tech / Degree in Agriculture Post graduate qualification in business administration will be an added advantage. 4 years working experience in Agriculture environment. Attended course in finance for non-financial managers. Basic knowledge on budget compilation and control. Good understanding of the Group Board functions. Excellent communication skills and proficient in English and IsiZulu. Ability to establish and maintain a healthy and harmonious relationship. Strong people skills and teamness. Ability to adjust and learn in the new environment. Excellent time keeping and attendance. Valid driver's license. Proficiency in Microsoft Office package (Word, Excel, Power Point
