Trust Officer/Administrator - Randburg

Minimum requirements:
  • Matric
  • Experience in Trust Administration
  • Understanding of the Deceased Estate Process
  • Excellent communication skills (Writing, Reading, and Speaking) - Afrikaans and English
  • Experience in dealing with Customers (Beneficiaries)
  • Ability to work and effectively communicate with clients and colleagues
  • Excellent business judgement, analytics, and decision-making skills
  • Computer literate - Word and Excel
  • Accounting Knowledge - QuickBooks beneficial
Responsibilities:
  • Registration of New Trusts
  • Termination of Trusts
  • Ad-hoc requests
  • Annual trust statements
  • Ensuring tax returns are submitted
  • Client service to beneficiaries
  • Updating and managing of Trust database
  • Other tasks, including inter alia, Filing, follow-ups, engagement with suppliers, engagement with the Master's Office/Correspondents
