Tutor Recruitment and Care Administrator - Centurion

Our client is looking for a Tutor Care Administrator to work in a Full Time capacity - Monday to Friday: 8h00 to 16h00 Centurion Salary R15,000 – R18,000 depending on experience Overview: A leading tutoring company, is seeking a motivated individual to join their team as a Tutor Care Administrator. This position will focus on recruiting and retaining tutors, implementing lead generation strategies, conducting interviews, providing training, and offering support to our tutors. The successful candidate will also utilize CRM systems and artificial intelligence (AI) to build and maintain a comprehensive database of tutors and their performance. Key Responsibilities: Recruit and onboard qualified tutors through various channels, including online platforms, social media, and networking events. Develop and implement lead generation strategies to attract potential tutors and calculate the marketing budget for approval to implement strategies cost-effectively. Conduct interviews and assessments to evaluate candidates and ensure alignment with company standards. Provide initial and ongoing training and support to tutors, including orientation sessions. Manage tutors effectively in their roles and ensure they are trained within company standards. Document verification and reference checking for all recruited tutors. Reach monthly KPI’s as set by management from time to time. Organize online/in-person workshops with tutors to bring them up to speed with new trends or changes in Franchise systems. Activate tutors to deliver tutoring hours each month as recommended by the company. Utilize social media and AI tools to build and maintain a robust database of tutors, track their expertise, and monitor performance based on client feedback received. Provide feedback to Portfolio managers as to the best tutor recommended for specific students based on expertise and personality traits. Minimum Requirements: Grade 12 certificate. Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field (beneficial but not mandatory). Proven experience in either customer care or recruitment, preferably in the education or tutoring industry. Strong interpersonal and communication skills. Excellent organizational and multitasking abilities. Must be able to work under pressure Proficiency in using social media platforms and AI tools for recruitment and data management. Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment. 2 - 3 years of customer care experience. Preferred age range: 25 - 40 years old.
