Matric and computer literate
Minimum of 1 2 years recruitment industry administration working experience is required
Good PC skills and ability to work quickly on the key board
Placement Partner software system experience is required
This position is hybrid after the onboarding process which is 3 - 4 months.
The purpose of the role is to : Type / collate and process raw CV's into the correct format onto Placement Partner database
Data capturing candidate information, accurately and correctly
Assist the Consultants with the initial preparation of candidate profiles on the internal software system, Placement Partner
Upload candidate documents onto Placement Partner (ID, payslips, qualifications etc.)
Manage and screen switchboard calls
Manage applicants registers
Control candidate photographs and upload onto Placement Partner
Assist with job posting and advertisements
Additional adhoc duties
We require an individual with a passion for the recruitment industry, a strong sense of urgency and an ability to work in a fast-paced environment. A strong team player with attention to detail and good communication skills is required.
