Our prestige client is seeking on the lookout for talented UX/UI Designers to help refine and enhance their existing design system and brand guidelines. Working collaboratively with product managers, engineers, and other stakeholders, you''ll design intuitive and user-friendly interfaces for our B2B SaaS platform that align with our business goals and objectives.

Responsibilities

Collaborate with product managers, engineers, and other stakeholders to understand user needs, design requirements, and project timelines.
Develop user flows, wireframes, and prototypes to communicate design ideas and gather feedback from stakeholders.
Conduct user research, gather feedback and analyse user engagement metrics to inform design decisions.
Create and maintain design systems that promote consistency and efficiency across the platform.
Ensure design consistency and adherence to brand guidelines across all products and platforms.
Work closely with the engineering team to ensure that designs are properly implemented and maintain design quality throughout development

Key Requirements

You have 3+ years of experience in UX/UI design.
You have a strong portfolio showcasing design skills and experience with relevant design tools such as Sketch, Figma, Adobe Creative Suite, etc.
You have a comprehensive knowledge of design systems and how to create and maintain them. You possess strong communication and collaboration skills.
You thrive in a fast-paced, deadline-driven environment and are able to work effectively with cross-functional teams.

Additional Skills and Experience they would love to see

Experience with B2B SaaS or enterprise software design
Understanding of front-end development technologies (HTML, CSS, JavaScript) and their impact on design
Experience with user interface design for data visualization and analytics
Familiarity with Agile/Scrum development methodologies and working in cross-functional teams

The Reference Number for this position is LJ59416 which is a Perm Hybrid (Melrose Arch) position offering a salary up to R780K per annum
