Responsibilities: Source and identify qualified candidates through various channels, including job portals, social media, and networking events. Build and maintain strong relationships with both clients and candidates. Conduct interviews and assessments to evaluate candidate qualifications and suitability for specific roles. Collaborate with clients to understand their recruitment needs and provide tailored solutions. Manage the end-to-end recruitment process, from candidate sourcing to placement. Stay updated on industry trends and market conditions to advise clients and candidates effectively. Negotiate offers and facilitate successful placements. Requirements Proven experience as a Recruitment Consultant, preferably in the UK market. In-depth knowledge of the UK recruitment landscape, labor laws, and industry best practices. Strong networking and relationship-building skills. Excellent communication and negotiation abilities. Familiarity with applicant tracking systems (ATS) and recruitment software.
