Job Summary: The undercover security guard is responsible for discreetly monitoring and ensuring the safety and security of the premises, patrons, and staff. They will be performing duties in various roles, such as waiters, to effectively observe and mitigate potential security risks. Key Responsibilities: Surveillance and Monitoring: Actively observe and discreetly monitor activities within the establishment to identify any suspicious behavior or security threats. Employ various surveillance techniques to maintain a constant vigil over designated areas. Customer Service: Perform duties in the role of a waiter, ensuring excellent customer service and satisfaction while adhering to security protocols. Risk Identification and Mitigation: Identify potential security risks, such as theft, vandalism, or disruptive behavior, and take appropriate action to prevent incidents. Crisis Intervention: Respond promptly and effectively to security-related incidents or emergencies, taking necessary steps to ensure the safety of individuals and property. Communication: Maintain effective communication with fellow security personnel and relevant departments to relay pertinent information and collaborate on security measures. Adherence to Protocols: Adhere to established security protocols, guidelines, and procedures to maintain a high level of security at all times. Incident Reporting: Document all security incidents, observations, and actions taken in a detailed and accurate manner, following organizational reporting procedures. Collaboration and Teamwork: Collaborate with fellow security personnel and other departments to promote a cohesive and secure operational environment. Qualifications and Skills: High school diploma or equivalent. Valid security guard license or certification. Previous experience in security or a related field is advantageous. Excellent observational and analytical skills. Strong communication and interpersonal abilities. Ability to maintain confidentiality and act discreetly.
