Join Our Team as a Unit Manager ICU Are you a dynamic and experienced nurse with a passion for critical care? Our private hospital in Johannesburg is looking for a dedicated Unit Manager to lead our ICU team. A Post Basic Qualification in ICU/Critical Care is a compulsory requirement for this position. We also have numerous urgent vacancies for this role in KZN, Western Cape, North West and Eastern Cape, so feel free to apply We work with all of the private hospital groups in SA, so we are able to assist in any area of the country. Key Responsibilities: - Manage the day-to-day operations of the ICU unit - Lead and mentor a team of nurses and healthcare professionals - Ensure high-quality patient care and safety - Implement and maintain standards of health practice - Collaborate with other healthcare professionals to optimize patient outcomes Qualifications and Requirements: - Diploma or degree in nursing - Post Basic in ICU is essential - Proven experience as a shift leader or team leader in ICU - SANC registered R550K – R650K per annum Cost to Company including benefits, bonuses and allowances.
