A prestigious private hospital group in Port Elizabeth, Eastern Cape has a vacancy for a Unit Manager to lead our Neuro, Ortho and High Care Unit. Manage and coordinate clinical practices within the unit Oversee resource allocation to meet company and hospital objectives Ensure high standards of patient care and safety Foster growth and development within the team Achieve organizational goals related to quality care, operational efficiency, and staff performance Degree or Diploma in nursing Post Graduate qualification in Critical Care Nursing registered with SANC Relevant experience in nursing to meet the critical outputs 2 /3 years relevant experience in Orthopedics . Proven leadership and people management skill would be an advantage Basic understanding of labour legislation, financial and chain management principles Understanding of the private healthcare industry, its challenges and role players would be an advantage Computer proficiency required Driver's license and ability to travel
