The successful candidate will play a pivotal role in managing and coordinating clinical practice and resources within the theatre. The Unit Manager will lead by example, ensuring excellence in patient care and fostering a supportive environment for staff and students.

- Nursing Diploma with post-basic Operating Theatre Diploma (essential)
- Nursing Management diploma would be advantage
- Qualifications Registered with SANC
- Minimum of 5 years scrub nursing experience in a multi-disciplinary hospital
- Minimum of 2 years experience as either Unit Manager/2IC or Senior Shift Leader
- Private hospital nursing experience (current or recent years is required
- Good leadership and interpersonal skills
- Computer proficient
