You will be required to::

We require someone with 4 6 years previous experience in a Vehicle and Asset Finance position (ABSA)
You will be required to::
- Draft Affidavits, Summonses, Section 129 notices and all other banking litigation related documentation
- Work independently and manage approximately 30 matters per day
- Perform well under immense pressure
- Adhere to very strict turnaround times
- Liaise with banks and debtors in the prescribed manner
- Liaise with the Sheriff offices and other role players
- Utilize and function on the following systems: AJS, DM11 and Lexpro
