Duties/Responsibilities:
Vehicle invoicing of all vehicles sold to customers, Assessing deal file against compliancy against checklist, Floorplan payment proposing and preparation, Vehicle creditor recons, Floorplan recons, Basic office administration.Prepare essential documentation, including memos, reports, and other forms of communication, Handle human resource duties, Maintains and organizes meeting schedules, Regularly check and maintain record of necessary office supplies.Communicate regularly with staff to help procure needed items
