Key Responsibilities:

Installations:
- Ensure installations are done according to company standards and policies.
- Stive to give the best service and in a timely fashion.
- All jobs get tested and completed before closing of job card.
Quality Control:
- Ensure constant adherence to quality as well as to identify and report quality concerns
- with regards to installations and workmanship.
Customer Care:
- Liaising with clients on site in a professional manner.
- Conduct yourself in a manner that represents the company ethos.
Technical Support:
- Excellent knowledge of hardware diagrams and understanding of automotive electronics
- Be able to make changes in the field based on requirements
Administrative duties
- Complete Job cards in detail and close it in a timely fashion.
- Communicate with coordinating team on updates, challenges.

Qualifications and Skills:

Matric or Technical Equivalent.
National Technical Certificate in Automotive Electronics/Motor Mechanic would be
advantageous
Must have good knowledge of vehicle electrical systems
Must have minimum of 3 years experience in installations with regards to vehicle tracking
and fleet management products in various vehicle and asset types.
No criminal records.
Must have good working track record.
Medically fit as you will be required to travel and work in the mining industry.
Must be prepared to work after hours and weekends.
Must have valid drivers licence.
Computer literate
