Maintaining accurate records and assisting with inventory management. Assisting with over-the-counter tick and flea medication. A genuine love for animals and a desire to make a positive difference in their lives. Excellent communication skills and a friendly, customer-centric attitude. Basic computer proficiency and the ability to learn new software quickly. Prior experience in customer service or administration is a plus but not required.
