As a Senior Developer, Vice President, you will play a pivotal role in shaping the technical direction of our client's solutions. You will be hands-on in developing & maintaining applications using modern technologies such as Vue, Angular or React along with .Net Core and SQL Server. Your ability to provide strategic technical solutions to complex problems will be crucial in this role. You will also have the opportunity to discover true requirements underlying feature requests and lead engineering efforts towards optimal solutions. Your responsibilities will also include performing code reviews, providing project visibility to key stakeholders, collaborating with cross-functional teams and managing a team of junior developers. Hands-on full stack development & maintenance of applications using modern front-end technology (Vue, Angular, or React), middle layer .Net with .Net Core, and SQL Server database Provide strategic technical solutions to complex problems in a distributed systems environment Discover true requirements underlying feature requests, recommend alternative technical and business approaches, and lead engineering efforts to meet timelines with optimal solutions Perform code reviews - reading, understanding, and improving the work of peers through constructive criticism as well as maintaining adherence to internal guidelines and industry standards Provide project visibility to key stakeholders, in addition to opportunities for handling significant scope Collaborate with cross-functional teams working in distributed offices to deliver projects In-depth knowledge of the Software Development Lifecycle and Scrum methodology Manage a team of 2-4 junior developers The ideal candidate for the Senior Developer, Vice President role brings a wealth of experience in programming with C#/.Net and RDBMS, preferably SQL Server. With 4 years of experience in modern JavaScript frameworks, you have an excellent understanding of object-oriented programming, latest architectures, and design patterns. Your proficiency with GIT version control system and knowledge of database schemas that represent and support business applications will be crucial in this role. You have demonstrated the ability to efficiently read and comprehend other developer's code and have a proven track record of architecting, designing, and implementing scalable systems. Excellent client-facing written and verbal communication skills are also essential. 8 years of programming experience in C#/.Net 8 years experience in RDBMS (Preferably SQL Server) 4 years of programming experience in modern JavaScript framework Excellent understanding of object-oriented programming, latest architectures, and Design patterns Proficient with GIT version control system Knowledge of database schemas that represent and support business applications Demonstrated ability to efficiently read and comprehend other developers' code Ability to architect, design, and implement scalable systems Excellent client-facing written and verbal communication skills Ready to take your career to the next level?
