Job Purpose: The Vice Principal: Student Affairs plays a pivotal role in managing the campus sales team and driving recruitment efforts to meet enrolment targets. Reporting to the Campus Principal and indirectly to the National Sales Manager, this position is responsible for initiating and managing relationships with prospective students throughout the recruitment process. The incumbent will develop and implement campus sales strategies, oversee the performance of Student Advisors (SA) and Senior Student Advisors (SSA), and ensure alignment with organizational goals and standards. Position Focus: Develop and implement campus sales strategies in line with the client's business strategy, focusing on brand positioning, school targeting, and promotional activities. Train and manage SA and SSA teams, setting clear objectives and targets, and monitoring performance against key indicators. Coordinate recruitment activities such as school presentations, career fairs, and calling campaigns to attract prospective students. Ensure compliance with relevant legislation, ethical standards, and company policies. Foster collaboration with academic, finance, operations, and HR teams to optimize sales effectiveness and exploit synergies. Key Responsibilities: Develop and execute sales plans to meet campus sales and marketing objectives. Achieve campus sales targets including student numbers, revenue per student, and total turnover. Recruit, train, and coach SA and SSA teams in product knowledge and sales techniques. Monitor and evaluate team performance, managing individual targets and providing ongoing support. Ensure compliance with relevant legislation, ethical standards, and company policies. Foster collaboration with academic, finance, operations, and HR teams to optimize sales effectiveness and exploit synergies. Job Requirements: Minimum 3 years of sales and management experience, preferably in the education sector. Proven track record in national sales management and achieving targets. Relevant tertiary qualification and proficiency in conducting student and family interviews. Strong direct selling skills and ability to understand financial, regulatory, and human resource issues. Excellent communication skills, intercultural adaptability, and sensitivity. Proactive thinking, decision-making ability, and effective time management skills. Proficient in Microsoft Office suite and relevant degree/diploma. Salary Range: R27,000 – R32,000 per month. Apply Now
