We are seeking a creative and skilled Digital Videographer and Marketer to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for producing high-quality digital video content and leveraging marketing strategies to promote our client's brands across various digital platforms. This role requires proficiency in video production, editing software, and digital marketing techniques. This is a hybrid role that demands a self-equipped workstation with your own PC and a robust internet connection from home, while also necessitating occasional meetings at our office based in Westville. Conceptualize, plan, and execute digital video projects from start to finish, including scripting, shooting, editing, and post-production. Collaborate with the marketing team to develop video content strategies that align with our client's brand and marketing objectives. Produce engaging and visually appealing video content for social media platforms, websites, email campaigns, and other digital channels. Ensure that video content is optimized for online distribution, including format, resolution, and file size. Stay up-to-date with industry trends and best practices in digital video production and marketing. Monitor and analyze the performance of video content across digital channels, using metrics such as views, engagement, and conversion rates. Collaborate with internal teams and external partners, including graphic designers, copywriters, and influencers, to create integrated marketing campaigns. Manage video production schedules, budgets, and resources to ensure timely delivery of high-quality content. Maintain a library of video assets and ensure proper organization, storage, and backup procedures. Contribute to brainstorming sessions and creative ideation for marketing campaigns and initiatives. Gr.12/School leaving certificate is a minimum requirement Bachelor's degree in Film Production, Digital Media, Marketing, or related field is preferred. Proven experience in digital video production and editing, with a strong portfolio showcasing creative projects and campaigns. Proficiency in video editing software such as Adobe Premiere Pro, Final Cut Pro, or similar tools. Strong understanding of digital marketing principles and techniques, including content marketing, social media advertising, and SEO. Excellent storytelling and visual communication skills, with an eye for detail and aesthetics. Ability to work collaboratively in a fast-paced, deadline-driven environment. Knowledge of current trends and best practices in social media, video streaming platforms, and online advertising. Strong project management and organizational skills, with the ability to multitask and prioritize tasks effectively. Creative thinking and problem-solving abilities, with a passion for innovation and continuous improvement. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to effectively convey ideas and collaborate with cross-functional teams.
