VIP SERVICES MANAGER Johannesburg – South Africa Permanent Position We are looking for a passionate and dynamic VIP SERVICES MANAGER to effectively work with senior management to compile and create bespoke VIP services for our prestigious guests. ESSENTIAL: Matric (NQF 4) or degree (NQF 5) business and budget management Report writing and presentation skills Sound business communication skills in English Proficient skills in MS Office, Minimum of 3 years’ experience in a similar role DUTIES INCLUDE: Our successful VIP Services Managers work with management teams to compile and implement the VIP services Plan an annual VIP Event Plan Ensuring their integration into the company’s strategy, marketing and communication plans Assess systems and processes so that they remain relevant, efficient and guest centric Evaluate revenue reports and determine opportunities for revenue growth Liaise with heads of departments to improve customer service internally Work as part of a team and individually to deliver high quality standards consistently and accurately Salary Range – 65k to 90k OTHER: Onsite Reports to the Director of Operations and Complex General Manager 9 Hours which does include Shift Work on a weekend sometimes Medical Aid (Cost to Company) Provident fund (Cost to Company) Annual Performance Bonus Annual Increase
