What We're Looking For: Matriculated Clean ITC and Criminal Record FAIS, RE, and CPD Hours (Within DOFA to complete FAIS) Minimum 3 years solid sales experience within the insurance industry Experience in Short Term Personal Lines and Funeral Cover Job Responsibilities: Generating New Sales: You'll be the driving force behind our sales efforts, working with leads provided and referrals to close deals. Insurance Product Range: You'll be knowledgeable about our range of short and long-term insurance policies, helping clients find the perfect fit. Achieving Targets: You'll be a goal-oriented superstar, hitting targets set out by our campaigns. Conducting Needs Analysis: You'll be the expert in understanding what our clients need and helping them find the right solution. Following Up: You'll make sure no opportunity slips through the cracks, following up on all scheduled callbacks and actions. Adhering to Standards: You'll maintain the highest standards in compliance with legislative requirements and quality assurance guidelines.
