A second year would be advantageous; Basic arithmetic ability is essential; Experience in Point of Sale and/or till operation and cash management, stock control would be highly advantageous; Experience in dealing with the public would be advantageous; Basic proficiency in MS word and Excel; Ability to speak at least two official languages; Prepared to work weekends and public holidays; Additional courses such as First Aid certificate would be advantageous; A valid code EB drivers’ license would be advantageous; Must be physically fit Key Performance Areas Access Control and Visitor Management; Operating a Point of Sale and/ Till and receiving activity fees and reconciling cash according to the tariff structure and procedures; Issue entrance permits and provide general visitor information and answer basic queries about the reserve; Provide visitor and financial statistics when required for reporting; Providing visitors with information about the reserve and answering queries; Rendering first aid and reporting environmental or security emergencies to the relevant agencies; Booking, opening and closing of reserve visitor facilities; Assisting with general duties such as field work, firefighting and transportation of goods and staff; Working over weekends and Public Holidays according to a roster.
