Visual Merchandise Manager - - Johannesburg

Responsibilities and accountable for, but not limited to;

Management of all POSM
Creation of all POSM
Finding new opportunities for merchandising and visibility for the company within the Retail Sector
Build and manage relationships with the Graphic designer and all vendors and suppliers
Management of vendors and suppliers
Secure and Manage budget for all POSM
Ensure that HQ guidelines are followed for the creation of all POSM
Managing and tracking of Execution of all POSM
Monthly reporting on all POSM management
Management of all LDUs
Ordering, allocating and execution of all LDUs
Management, tracking and reporting of all VM Assets
Responsible and accountable for the GTM of VM for new product launches
Responsible for merchandising within all Retailers
Build and Manage relationships with all KAMs and Marketing
Responsible for reporting on Market and competitor insights on all promotions
