Job Description

You will be responsible for the following:

Purchasing of components for the assembly of pumps.
Selling of spare parts and maintaining all stock levels in stores.
Service the needs of the companys existing clients and respond to new sales enquiries.
Generation and follow up process of quotations and placing orders at suppliers.
Manage or escalate customer complaints related to the sale of the companys products / services.

Qualifications

Matric
Relevant tertiary / trade qualifications are desirable along with suitable industry experience and application knowledge.

Skills

Previous sales and procurement experience relating to pumps and components of pumps.
Professional telephone manner.
Understanding of ISO 9001:2015 Quality Management System.
Computer literate with knowledge of ERP systems.
