Job Description

You will be responsible for the following in the main:

Organizing and supervising the day-to-day inspection activities conducted by all inspectors.
Verifying that all inspectors undergo necessary training for their assigned tasks
Cultivating a steadfast commitment among inspectors to prevent the dispatch of defective axles to customers.
Collaborating with the production team on axles that fall outside tolerance limits, overseeing corrective actions, and implementing preventive measures to avoid recurrence.
Maintaining the calibration system to uphold accuracy.
Conducting capability studies on various CNC machines.
Performing R&R studies on different metrology methods, validating inspection processes such as length measuring systems.
Conducting audits on various functions within the company.
