Indgro Outsourcing (Pty) Ltd Trading as Indgro Multi Services Group™, has a vacancy for a Wage Administrator to join our dynamic team in Pietermaritzburg. The successful candidate will be responsible to accurately issue wages to Temporary and or Contract Employees (Assignees), calculating earnings and deductions in accordance with established practices and guidelines. Grade 12 (Twelve) Matric Certificate with Grade 12 (Twelve) Accounting and Grade 12 (Twelve) Mathematics on Standard Grade as a minimum. Diploma: Payroll Management, NQF level 3 (Three). Certificate: MS Office Suite. Wage clerk payroll processing experience of not less than 2 (Two) years with solid data entry skills, an understanding of basic accounting principles and a strong knowledge of payroll regulations and requirements. Strong numerical skills. Very meticulous with strong attention to detail. Excellent information collection, analysis, and management skills with a strong orientation to customer service principles. High level of stress tolerance, planning and organizing skills and teamwork co-ordination. Strong knowledge of the payroll function as well as all South African legislation pertaining to the payroll function. This includes the Basic Conditions of Employment Act, any Wage Determination acts and any Bargaining Council regulations under which the Company operates. To be discussed. Apply Now
